We are constantly striving to improve our space and looking for ways to help our members make more delicious food. This week we took delivery of brand new electric double stack convection ovens and a ten burner gas range with two full ovens. In addition to Big Bertha (a 60 qt mixer), who arrived earlier this month, this new equipment will help our members operate more efficiently and pump out even more tasty food.
And we're just getting started - we plan on bringing in even more cookin' equipment in the coming weeks. We've got plenty of hood space to make your culinary dreams come true, so if there's any specialized equipment you need, let us know!
